The location of Villas El Encanto Cozumel is great, being close to many restaurants, a large grocery store, and the main tourist area. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was newly furnished with a beautiful garden, air conditioning, and a fridge.

The room has a simple design. The facilities like a safe box, TV set, and mini bar fridge were all that was needed. The location of the hotel is secluded next to the center of town, with a beautiful garden, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The location here is just amazing, and the staff really goes out of their way to help you. 🌴 The hotel itself is so so beautiful. They offer a nice variety of meals, and I have to say the food I had here was top-notch.

The rooms here have beds on raised platforms, and the location is very close to the center of town, plus there's a beautiful garden with a peacock.

The venue was in a secluded location just off shops and the supermarket, shops and restaurants and the city center and restaurants. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a nice lush garden and AC, as example; everyone is welcome here.

We had a fantastic time at this hidden gem nestled amidst beautiful plants. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to walk to everything in town, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and a private pool. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The wifi worked well, and the property had parking slots available.

The area around the hotel at night was a bit dark and quiet, which made us a little cautious.

The Villas El Encanto was a tropical paradise with a comfortable bed, amazing bed sheets, and a kitchen area for when we wanted to cook. The pool area was great for lazy afternoons, and the resident dogs were adorable and well-trained. The grounds were lush and beautiful, and the locked gates provided added security.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing too much trouble.

The friendly staff and excellent service truly make you feel at home. And the best part? Breakfast is included!
